Job description

Exposure to fund raise from Private Equity & Venture Capital funds.
 Public issues/IPO related work maiden public issues of the Organization.
Closing/ Preparation & Finalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Accounts/Financial statement.
Dealing with the Banks & Financial institutional for fund based and non fund based limits
Regulatory Compliance (GST/TDS/Advance TAX/ROC)
Well versed in designing and implementing internal and financial controls, processes and
systems .
Preparation of Annual business plan & close follow up of same .
