Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The successful
candidate will interact and engage with our core target audience, including CXOs, Head HRs, and L&D
Heads, as part of the defined sales and marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation: Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help
expand our level of connect within the organization.
● Client Engagement: Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and showcase how
enParadigm’s solutions can fulfill their learning needs.
● Online Demos: Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs
and requirements.
● Client Pitches: Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely
positioned corporate education brand.
