HIRING FOR RESERVATION MANAGER
Location - Bangalore
CTC - Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate Smooth Move-Ins and Move-Outs:
o Communicate effectively with customers to coordinate and facilitate smooth
move-in and move-out processes.
o Provide necessary information and assistance to customers regarding property
procedures and documentation requirements.
2. Coordinate with Ground Operations Team:
o Collaborate closely with the ground operations team to ensure all maintenance
and service requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
o Relay customer feedback and operational issues to the appropriate departments
for resolution.
3. Customer Service and Support:
o Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service
requests.
o Handle escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and
empathy, aiming for satisfactory resolution.
4. Supervise Property Audits:
o Oversee property audits conducted by the operations team to ensure compliance
with company standards and regulations.
o Maintain accurate records of audit findings and implement corrective actions as
necessary.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a telecaller or similar
environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office suite, CRM software) and ability to
learn new systems quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
