Job description

Recruitment and Staffing:

    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, and making job offers.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Support managers in managing performance improvement plans and employee growth.
  • Compliance and Labor Laws:

    • Ensure the organization complies with all local, state, and federal labor laws.
    • Stay updated with changes in labor regulations and update policies accordingly.
  • Employee Benefits and Welfare:

    • Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
    • Provide guidance to employees on their benefits options and resolve related issues.
  • HR Documentation and Record-Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, contracts, and other essential documents.
    • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality are maintained for all employee records.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention:

    • Plan and implement programs to engage employees and improve retention.
    • Organize team-building activities, employee recognition, and feedback surveys.
  • HR Policies and Procedures:

    • Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness in the workplace.
    • Communicate HR policies to employees and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
