Job description



Role – Business Development Associate. 


Key Responsibilities: 


 Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. 


 Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients. 


 Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. 


 Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. 


 Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. 


 Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. 


 Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns. 


 Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM
system. 


 Provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitor activities. 


Qualifications: 


 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).


  Proven experience in sales or a related field. 


 Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management. 


 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 


 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 


 Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 


 Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
