Sales Focus:




  • Conduct intensive and
    structured prospecting of new clients to identify and develop new accounts

  • Establishes, develops and
    maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective
    customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new
    business for the organization’s products/services



 Customer Focus: Primary
& Secondary




  • Present, promote, and sell
    products to existing and prospective customers.

  • Team Lead, Team handling, All
    M.P region Handle.

  • Establish, develop, and
    maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Reach out to customer leads
    through cold calling and visits.

  • Expedite the resolution of
    customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

  • Achieve agreed upon sales
    targets and outcomes within schedule.

  • Coordinate sales effort with
    team members and other departments.

  • Analyze the territory/market’s
    potential, track sales, and status reports.

  • Supply management with reports
    on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and
    potential for new products and services.

  • Liaising with suppliers to
    check the progress of existing orders. Checking the quantities of goods on
    display and in stock.

  • Recording sales and order
    information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures
    into a computer system



 Qualification/Experience/Competencies:




  • Educational qualifications
    Graduate/PG

  • Experience required 5+ Years

  • Competencies/skills

  • Proven work experience as a
    Sales Representative in the FMCG industry or related field.

  • Excellent selling,
    communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Prioritizing, time management,
    and organizational skills.

  • Relationship management skills
    and openness to feedback.
