1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive home loan sales to achieve assigned targets (disbursements, book size, and profitability).
- Expand customer base by identifying and onboarding potential home loan clients.
- Promote housing finance products, including home loans, balance transfers, and top-ups.
- Develop business strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
- Monitor team performance against key metrics, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and collective targets.
3. Channel Development and Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with builders, real estate agents, financial consultants, and other channel partners.
- Drive channel partner engagement through training, regular interactions, and incentive schemes.
- Ensure effective lead generation and conversion through channel partners.
4. Market and Customer Engagement:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct customer engagement activities, including promotional campaigns and loan melas.
- Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
5. Credit and Operational Coordination:
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Facilitate faster loan approvals and disbursements by addressing client queries and documentation requirements.
- Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquencies in the assigned region.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with NBFC housing finance regulations, company policies, and guidelines.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
