Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Lead Generation

Sales & Relationship Building

Market Research & Strategy
Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify
opportunities.

Maintain knowledge of telecom products, services, and industry developments.
Administrative & Reporting
Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate information on leads, calls, and followups.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
