Role – Asst Manager QC
Experience: -3-4 years post qualification
CTC : 4Lpa to 6Lpa
Location: Marol, Mumbai

What we do

Key Responsibilities:
 Will be responsible for managing day to day quality control operations, ensuring compliances
with regulatory requirements and developing strategies for continuous development of quality
control
 Review specifications for products and processes as per FSSAI & IS standards
 Strictly follow requirements for raw material and intermediate products from suppliers and
monitor their compliance
 Assist in maintaining hygiene for the overall plant including personal and Equipment
 Coordinate with the Operations team to identify process correction to eliminate deviation from
quality standards
 Approve the right products or reject defectives
 Maintaining documentation for Audit purposes
 Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems to ensure the consistent production
of high-quality food products
 Good understanding of the domain of food safety, RCA and CAPA, quality standards
 Knowledge of GMP, GHPANDHACCP
 Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed by all employees
 Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality control plans and processes
 Working with management to develop new quality control processes and procedures
 Ensures that quality inspectors are properly trained to carry out of inspections of incoming
materials
 Make sure that all the quality documents are properly filled, timely checked, verified and
controlled in a manner to be retrieved
 Maintain quality levels of products
 Conducting Internal and 3rd party audits
 Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that deadlines are met
 Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the
final products
 Ensuring that quality requirements are met by entities placed under the control of the quality
department
 Troubleshooting of key quality concerns with online QC Executives and packaging checkers
 Ensuring best quality of product and minimum customer complaints through stringent on-line
quality control checks and finished product inspection
Qualifications and Skills:
 Post-graduation degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
 Proven experience in quality control within the food industry
 Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards
 Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
 Experience of handling team members
 Knowledge of MS excel and PowerPoint presentation
 Good Communication skill
