Credit Operation Executive

Job description

• Be the ambassador of our customers where increasing access to credit for our customers is an essential part of Jumbotail’s strategy, mission and long term vision.


• Play a crucial role in this in several ways

●    Explain our credit product to our customers

      Help our customers to sign up for the product making sure        to collect the relevant documents

●    Be the point of contact for collections and queries from the customer towards  repayment ensuring an excellent overall customer experience.

 ●   Sell products and services to busy kirana                                     shopkeepers

• Organize and track important financial documents and money


• Be resourceful and able to work within constraints of time and resources to get meet customers and sign them up


• Travel locally to meet customers on your bike (fuel reimbursement will be provided)
