We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Services Digital Sales & Marketing Manager/Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by effectively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their digital and Software needs, and proposing tailored solutions. This role requires a strong emphasis on sales through lead calling, relationship building, and effective communication.

 

Skill –

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

3. Technology Savvy.

4. Experience related to IT Software Selling

5. Must have knowledge in leads generation and conversion.

 

Responsibilities –

 

1. Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and other communication channels.

2. Research and qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's target market and digital services offerings.

3. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' digital requirements, including website development, application design, and social media services.

4. Create compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the company's digital services and demonstrate their value to potential clients.

5. Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

6. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their ongoing needs

7. Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closed deals.

8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the digital services space.

9. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

10. Should be okay to do field work/visits.
