Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Office Admin cum Coordinator to join our
team at the Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing
office operations, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth
communication with clients and team members. 


Key Responsibilities: 


Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks. 


Coordinate communication between the Bangalore office and the Senses Akustik
factory. 


Handle email correspondence and maintain organized records. 


Interact with clients professionally and manage their inquiries.


Ensure office supplies and resources are adequately maintained. 


Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing necessary documents.


 Eligibility


Education: Any graduate. 


Experience: Minimum of 2 years in office administration or coordination.


 Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).


 Skills Required: 


Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email). 


Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 


Professional and proactive mindset.
