1. Data Management
o Maintain and update the sales database with accurate and timely information.
o Organize and manage sales data, ensuring it is easily accessible for analysis and reporting.
2. Report Generation:
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
o Generate and analyze MIS reports, including sales performance, customer trends, and product-wise analysis.
o Create dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Sales Analysis:
o Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
o Provide actionable insights to the sales team and management to optimize sales performance.
4. Coordination:
o Liaise with the sales team to collect and verify data accuracy.
o Coordinate with the supply chain, finance, and production teams for seamless sales operations.
5. Process Improvement:
o Recommend and implement process improvements based on data insights.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in reporting.
6. System Management:
o Work on software/tools like MS Excel, SAP, or CRM systems for data analysis and reporting.
o Ensure the proper functioning of MIS tools and systems.
