Job description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Consultation: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and live demonstrations to showcase the value and functionality of our products/services.
  • Solution Development: Work with engineering and product teams to design solutions that meet specific client needs.
  • Proposal Generation: Prepare technical proposals, RFIs, and RFPs in collaboration with the sales and technical teams.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for prospects and existing clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to position our offerings effectively.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to clients and internal teams on product features, best practices, and implementation strategies.
  • Sales Support: Assist in closing deals by effectively communicating technical information and addressing customer concerns.
  • Post-Sales Follow-up: Collaborate with customer support and project management teams to ensure successful product implementation and client satisfaction.
