JD - Relationship Manager (Field Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, industry events, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
- Research and identify potential clients within target markets.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Present proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure the successful delivery of products/services.
Sales Targets and Quotas:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track progress against sales goals and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and sales activities.
Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to provide customer feedback and support.
Qualifications:
Education:
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
Other:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel (if required).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
