  1. Execute operational plans as per the Route planning.

  2. DH alignment.

  3. Roaster Planning

  4. Communication with stakeholders

  5. Leading and supervising LM Team

  6. crossing of goods in time

  7. Ensure dispatch of vehicles in time

  8. Reconciliation of goods

  9. Returns segregation

  10. Performance reports

  11. Route planning

  12. Follow up with DH for deliveries and customer queries.
