Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter specializing in tech roles.
- Familiarity with technical skills and terminologies (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, data science).
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales and Operations roles, ensuring timely closure of positions.
- Maintain candidate records and manage communication through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary, while ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
- Track recruitment progress, generate reports, and provide feedback to the hiring managers.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in recruiting for sales and operations roles, ideally within the automobile industry.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting within the automobile industry is highly preferred.
- Understanding of sales and operations functions and their specific hiring requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
