- Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to generate meaningful insights.
- Develop comprehensive and detailed reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
- Create visual reports and dashboards for management to make informed decisions.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance.
Customer Account Management Support:
- Collaborate with customer account managers to support customer data management, ensuring that all internal processes related to customer accounts are well-documented.
- Assist in the collection of necessary data and documentation from eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart) for customer accounts.
eCommerce Data Monitoring:
- Regularly track performance metrics for Amazon FBA, PPC campaigns, and other eCommerce channels.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data from eCommerce platforms and internal systems.
- Generate reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve sales and marketing efforts.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes in data collection, reporting, and customer account management.
- Streamline workflows and automate reporting wherever possible to improve efficiency.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, customer support, and marketing.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving team performance based on data analysis.
- Facilitate team discussions on performance metrics and areas for optimization.
