Job Description – TSO (Load)

We are looking for a passionate TSO- Load to join our sales
team. The responsibilities include Onboarding Shippers/Transporters ,sell
Membership, Generate Loads from Market, Place Vehicles with team coordination,
making sales calls, Daily Reporting, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

1. Developing sales strategies to sell Membership , Post
loads, Place Vehicles .

2. Researching prospects and generating leads.

3. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone,
by email, and in person.

4. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

5. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

 6. Participating in
sales team meetings.

Requirements

1. High school diploma/GED.

2. 1+ years of sales experience in Load hunting and vehicle
Placement

3. Should have good connect with Shippers and Transporters

4. Excellent customer service and sales skills.

5. Strong verbal and written communicator.

6. Should have a Smart Phone and 2-wheeler

7. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
