Major Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Generate inquiries for Biomass briquettes and pellets on a daily basis through cold calling, visits to industrial units, and establishing contacts via industrial exhibitions, websites, and net searches.
Procurement Tracking:
Manage and track procurement updates for power plants to ensure timely deliveries.
Sales Cycle Management:
Handle the complete sales cycle from client onboarding to payment collection.
Customer Visits:
Conduct customer visits for inquiries generated and maintain relationships with key clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term customer relationships and follow up on active and potential leads.
Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager and Sales Coordinators.
Sales Target Management:
Responsible for meeting the sales targets and activities assigned by the company.
CRM Maintenance: Regularly update the CRM with customer data, inquiries, correspondence, and other sales-related information.
Sales Order Management:
Generate sales orders and purchase orders in the internal ERP system.
Dispatch Planning:
Provide dispatch plans to the plant for scheduling deliveries.
Debt Management:
Support in managing debtors with the finance and accounts team to ensure timely payment collections.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing grievances and maintaining effective communication.
