Job Overview
We are looking forward for an Intern (legal) on management level , having expertise in Legal field and
who is well versed with laws, rules and regulations. The person should be from a top law college
looking for legal Internship and shall posses good communication (oral & written) skills .
The person will get 15000-18000pm as Stipend .
Job Responsibilities
1. To evaluate legal requirements in management , process , function wise.
2. To prepare and draft basic legal clauses for management agreement, contract agreement , vendor
agreement and supply agreement.
3. To review and evaluate and prepare action plan for corporate litigation , if any.
4. To review financing facility documents from management perspective .
5. To assist compliance officer cum company secretary of company on corporate laws , SEBI regulations
, and various statutory legal compliances.
