Job description

1. Pre-Sales Support:

   • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities.
   • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
   • Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

2. Solution Design:

   • Work with clients to design and customize solutions that meet their technical and business requirements.
   • Create detailed proposals, including product configurations, timelines, and cost estimates.

3. Technical Expertise:

   • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the company's products and services.
   • Provide technical support during sales calls and meetings.

4. Customer Engagement:

   • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their challenges and goals.
   • Address technical questions and concerns effectively.

5. Post-Sales Support:

   • Assist in the onboarding and implementation process.
   • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management or customer success teams.

6. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
   • Stay updated on new product features and industry advancements.

7. Training & Development:

   • Train customers on the effective use of the company’s products and services.
   • Provide internal training to sales team members on technical aspects of products.
