Maintaining of daily, weekly, Monthly cleaning hygiene and inventory reports, in co-ordination
with Quality Controller.
Team building, Training, induction of new joined staff. & arrange training sessions time to time.
Smooth kitchen operation, preparation of food and delivery at prescribed SOP.
Ensuring safety standards, follow equipment inventory.
Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
Makes recommendations for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the kitchen equipment’s.
Maintains effective communication skills by interacting professionally with co-workers.
Have good organizing skills to arrange and maintain records of available stock effectively
Ability to work in flexible hours, need to travel for company requirement all over India
