Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual
business targets for housing loans and LAP products.
Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition by converting leads into sales, ensuring that
the company's loan products are positioned effectively in the market.
Sales Presentations: Present housing loan and LAP offerings to potential customers through
meetings, calls, and presentations.

Key Skills for a BDM in Housing Loans & LAP:
Strong understanding of housing loan products, terms, and processes.
