Monitor changes in relevant legislation and provide updates to the management and
board.
Liaison and Communication
Act as a bridge between the board, shareholders, government, and regulatory
authorities.
Handle correspondence with stakeholders and maintain transparency in
communication.
Contract Management:
Review and manage legal documents, agreements, and contracts to ensure
organizational protection and compliance.
Associate or Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of corporate laws, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Proficient in MS Office and legal software.
