Performance Monitoring:

Training and Development:
•Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
•Stay updated with the latest market trends, tools, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.
•Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team.
•Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, operational issues, and market trends to senior management.
Maintain comprehensive records of team activities, performance metrics, and compliance issues.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Client Relationship Management:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
•Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
•Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications: Graduate
Experience:
•Minimum of 1 year of experience in the stock market or financial services industry.
•Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
