Job Title: Service Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to manage and streamline the delivery of services to our clients. The Service Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the service team, ensuring efficient scheduling, problem resolution, and excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
- Scheduling: Organize and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate job details and client expectations to service staff or technicians.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns or escalations promptly and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
- Service Monitoring: Track the progress of service tasks and ensure they are completed to client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Generate reports on service performance, client feedback, and key operational metrics.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory or equipment required for service delivery, if applicable.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in service delivery and suggest ways to improve operations.
- Compliance: Ensure all services are provided in accordance with company policies, contracts, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, customer service, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in service coordination, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and office tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
