Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling:

   • Counsel students on educational programs, courses, and career options based on their interests and goals.
   • Assist students in selecting suitable courses or universities.

2. Admissions Guidance:

   • Provide comprehensive information about admissions requirements, application deadlines, and processes.
   • Support students in preparing application materials such as essays, recommendation letters, and resumes.

3. Career Planning:

   • Guide students in identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and career interests.
   • Offer resources and tools for career exploration and decision-making.

4. Documentation and Follow-ups:

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and interaction notes.
   • Follow up with prospective students and parents to ensure timely decision-making.

5. Workshops and Presentations:

   • Conduct seminars, webinars, or workshops on career opportunities, study abroad programs, and other relevant topics.
   • Represent the organization at education fairs and other events.

6. Relationship Building:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and universities.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
