Role Overview:
As a Store Keeper at Unimark Group, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory and
ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You will be responsible for overseeing stock levels,
handling incoming and outgoing goods, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
 Inventory Management: Track and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply
while minimizing excess inventory.
 Receiving Goods: Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and
maintain records of all goods received.
 Stock Organization: Ensure proper storage of goods to prevent damage and facilitate
easy access.
 Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts,
transfers, and dispatches.
 Reporting: Generate and submit regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and
discrepancies.
 Coordination: Work closely with procurement and sales teams to fulfill orders and
resolve any inventory-related issues.
 Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store and storage areas.
Qualifications:
 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or
warehouse environment.
 Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory
management or warehousing is a plus.
 Skills:
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
o Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
o Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
o Good communication and interpersonal skills.
