CTC - UPTO 6 LPA

Preferred Industry - Real Estate or Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:-

• The candidate's main role is calling potential customers in order to convert them to final customers.

• The candidate will be working along with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager.

• To be persuasive and be able to adapt to dynamic situations based on customer requirements

• The candidate should have adequate knowledge about the product and services offered by order to convert potential customers

• Should be able to work in a high-pressure environment and help the organization achieve its targets and goals.

• Will be given hands-on experience in management systems and lead/sales reporting

• To be able to self-generate leads and convert them to final customers.

• The candidate must be able to maintain and develop customer-relationship to encourage future growth

• Should be a good listener as well in order to be able to understand customer needs and requirements

• Based on situations, the candidate may have to work extra hours

• Should meet day-to-day targets and objectives with respect to call volume and sales

Skills Required-

• Any Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in Sales.

• Excellent communication skills and understand the customer requirements

• Experienced candidates required.

• Should be able to handle extreme and dynamic situations
