JD for Brand Trainee : -
1. Customer Service:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance.
- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers regarding clothing, sizes, styles, and trends.
- Assist customers in finding clothing that suits their preferences, body type, and budget.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and positive manner.
- Engage with customers to ensure a personalized shopping experience.
- Suggest related items or outfits to increase sales (upselling and cross-selling).
2. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, new arrivals, promotions, and discounts.
- Understand the fabrics, materials, and care instructions for the clothing sold.
- Provide accurate sizing information and help customers select the right size.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the store's inventory and location of products.
3. Sales and Promotion:
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the store management.
- Promote store discounts, sales, and special offers to customers.
- Encourage customers to sign up for loyalty programs, store memberships, or mailing lists.
4. Store Organization and Maintenance:
- Ensure the store is tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the fitting rooms, ensuring they are neat and ready for use.
- Replenish shelves, racks, and displays as needed, keeping the store fully stocked.
- Fold and arrange clothing neatly on racks, shelves, and tables.
- Keep the sales floor organized and ensure the store is free of clutter.
5. Inventory Management:
- Assist with inventory checks and stocktaking.
- Help with receiving and unloading deliveries, checking stock against orders, and organizing new merchandise.
- Ensure that items are properly tagged with prices and security tags.
6. Cashiering and Transactions:
- Process sales transactions at the cash register.
- Handle payments, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
- Provide receipts, packaging, and other services related to customer purchases.
- Ensure proper cash handling and accurate end-of-day cash reconciliation.
7. Teamwork and Collaboration:
- Work closely with other sales associates and store management to achieve store goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Help train new staff members and support the team with their responsibilities.
8. Visual Merchandising:
- Assist in the setup and organization of product displays to make the store more attractive and engaging for customers.
- Help with window displays and seasonal setups, ensuring the store remains visually appealing and reflects current trends.
9. Security and Loss Prevention:
- Be vigilant about potential theft and report suspicious behavior to management.
- Ensure that merchandise is secured and prevent any unauthorized removal of items.
10. Customer Follow-Up and Loyalty:
- Follow up with customers through thank-you emails or messages to encourage repeat business.
- Promote customer loyalty by encouraging them to return to the store or make repeat purchases.
Salary : 15 K To 20 K
Experience :Minimum 6 Months
