Experience- 1+ years of the Admin and Travel Desk
Coordinator



Salary upto 3.6lpa

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



 



Travel arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and
transportation for employees, consultants, and interns



Travel policy compliance: Ensuring travel arrangements adhere to
company policies and budgets



Travel record keeping: Maintaining a database of travel-related
activities and expenses



Vendor management: Liaising with travel agencies, hotels, and
transportation providers



Administrative support: Managing office supplies and equipment, and
overseeing office operations



Secretarial services: Attending phone calls, typing letters, and
organizing files



Visitor management: Greeting and registering visitors, and managing
phone calls



Document maintenance: Maintaining important documents, files, and
records



Stationary management: Keeping office supplies stocked



Facility management: Ensuring the office is well-maintained



 



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:



 



1. Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field.



2. Proven experience in
administrative roles and managing travel desks (domestic and international).



3. Excellent organizational
and multitasking skills.



4. Proficiency in MS Office
and travel booking tools.



5. Strong communication and
negotiation skills.



6. Familiarity with visa
processing and international travel requirements.



7. Attention to detail and the
ability to handle confidential information.



8. Ability to work under
pressure and meet tight deadlines.



 



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



 



1. Knowledge of travel
management software.



2. Previous experience in cost
optimization and vendor management.
