Lead development of Branch specific and customer-segment specific BTL Plans. Implementation of HO Marketing programs with regular reports to HO and Zone ZM. Lead for Zonal Level Marketing, & Internal Communications program andadvisingRMMs/CMs/RMs in driving & implementation on the same. Identifying, empaneling and managing marketing services agencies at Zonal/Regionallevel Being the voice for the Zone to Regional Marketing and the voice of HO Marketing to theZone. Define, drive and follow a process for collecting & sharing market information,includingcompetitive information. Tracking & Reporting ZO level metrics & insights for development of marketinginitiatives. Essential Attributes Excellent knowledge of Marketing, Consumer buying behavior & In-branch/ Storepromotions. Strong competence in BTL advertising marketing as well deep knowledge of BTLadvertisingsuppliers. Strong capabilities in coordinating and negotiating with the BTL Marketing supplier’schain IS AMUST.
