Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the conceptualization and creation of visually stunning designs for digital, print,
and multimedia platforms.
* Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and
project objectives.
* Develop high-quality video content and motion graphics using industry-leading tools.
* Manage and mentor a team of designers to foster creativity and maintain quality
standards.
* Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver impactful creative
campaigns.
* Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, to
produce cutting-edge visuals.
* Stay abreast of design trends and incorporate innovative approaches into projects.
Required Skills and Experience:
* 6+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio
showcasing a range of work.
* Expertise in Adobe Family tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
* Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* Strong storytelling ability and visual communication skills.
Preferred Qualification:
* NEFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) graduate
