Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven HNI Sales Manager to
join our team in Noida and Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 8+
years of experience in luxury property sales
and will focus on selling
premium projects from A-grade developers to high-net-worth individuals (HNI).
This role demands strong sales acumen, exceptional client management skills,
and the ability to convert leads into successful closures.



Key Responsibilities:



1. Luxury Real Estate Sales:



l  Sell
projects from reputed A-grade developers to HNI clients.



l  Understand
the unique needs of HNI clients to provide tailored property solutions.



2. Lead Management:



l 
Generate and nurture leads through personal
networks, referrals, and events.



l 
Effectively handle company-provided leads,
ensuring a high rate of return.



3. Client Acquisition and
Engagement:



l 
Acquire new HNI clients by building strong
relationships and trust.



l 
Conduct face-to-face meetings/Visits (minimum of 18 per month) to
ensure effective client engagement and sales justification.



4.Client
Presentations and Site Visits:



l 
Deliver impactful presentations to clients
showcasing project features and benefits.



l 
Organize and manage site visits, ensuring a
seamless experience for clients.



l 
Provide regular updates on sales activities and
results to the management.



 



 



Key Skills and Requirements:




  • Experience:
    Minimum of 8+ years
    inproperty sales
    with a proven track record of closing
    high-value deals.

  • Client
    Management:
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    to manage HNI relationships effectively.

  • Market
    Knowledge:
    In-depth understanding of the real estate
    market in Noida and Gurugram.

  • Ability to understand and align
    client requirements using the ABCL (Active
    Budget, Configuration, and Location)
    module.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and
    capable of working independently.

  • Flexibility to travel for client
    meetings and site visits as required.



Compensation and Benefits:




  • Competitive salary based on
    performance and achievement of sales targets.

  • Travel allowance:





    • Up to ₹10,000 per month.




₹5 per km for bike travel and ₹10 per km for car
travel
