Taking overall responsibility for center sales targets- Achieving conversion and admissions targets
- Managing team of counselors & executives
- Planning and executing local level marketing activities
- Ensuring installments collection is on time
- Timely reporting to Area Manager
Academics & Operations:
Taking overall responsibility for center operations targets- Managing team of academic co-ordinator / executive
- Achieving strong customer word of mouth
- Interacting with and motivating faculties.
