Key
Responsibilities:

1. Chemical
   Process Operations:




• Supervise and manage both batch and continuous
  processes in production.


• Ensure the chemical operations are performed safely
  and efficiently.




2. Compliance
   & Safety:




• Adhere to company EHS (Environment, Health &
  Safety) policies at all times.


• Implement ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards in the
  plant.




3. Production
   Planning & Management:




• Responsible for production planning and ensuring the
  effective use of resources (manpower, machines, and materials).


• Troubleshoot and investigate batch issues in
  production.




4. Technical
   Expertise:




• Proficient knowledge of SAP software for production
  and operational tracking.


• Understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)
  and DCS (Distributed Control Systems) for process automation.




5. Team
   Management & Leadership:




• Ensure optimal performance of plant operations,
  including the leadership of the production team.


• Maintain a focus on continuous process improvement and
  production efficiency.

Skills
& Qualifications:

• Knowledge of polymer industry operations.


• Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles
  and practices.


• Experience with batch and continuous processing
  methods.


• Familiarity with production systems, process control
  systems (PLC/DCS), and SAP software.


• Familiar with ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards for
  quality and environmental management.


•
