Lead D2C Sales Outreach: Develop
and execute an effective sales strategy to target and onboard D2C brands
to the ONDC platform.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential brand partners through market research,
networking, and outreach. Serve as the primary contact for brands, guiding
them throughout the onboarding process.
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to
ensure smooth onboarding and support for each client’s unique needs.
Strategic Sales Support: Offer
insights on product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and
promotional activities to drive brand success.
Training & Development: Conduct
training sessions and provide resources to educate brand partners on best
practices and tools for maximizing sales success on the platform.
Troubleshoot & Liaise: Address
any technical or operational challenges by coordinating between D2C brands
and internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution.
Stay Informed on Trends: Monitor industry developments, competitor
activities, and emerging opportunities in the B2B and D2C sales space to inform
strategic decisions
