Total Experience: - 5-8 Years
Salary up to 7 LPA

Job Description:-

• Develop and implement orientation programs for new hires.
• Develop and implement training programs for Café & Field staff.
• Schedule regular ON Job Training to all Café Staff
• Evaluate, Examine training programs and recommend improvements.
• Plan and schedule training on a regular basis.
• Prepare and maintain training course materials/modules.
• Develop training programs for skill enhancement, performance improvement, career development, etc.
• Ensure that training material and information are updated and available at all times.
• Collaborate across all departments to identify relevant training needs & execute as per requirement.
• Collaborate with Content Specialists in creation/modification of training materials.
• Establish training programs to suit the current organizational needs.
• Develop creative and innovative approaches to present training programs.
• Maintain training equipment and supplies in safe and good working conditions.
• Reserve training rooms and set-up training equipment for conducting training programs internally & externally.
• Adhere to company procedures and regulations
• Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
• Ability to train staff junior staff

Criteria:-
• Master's degree preferable.
