  • Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary repairs.
  • Allocate work based on weekly maintenance schedules.
  • Train & supervise tradesman during operations, repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitor inventory of spares and consumables.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, EHS policies.
  • Coordinate with lessees and other inter department functions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving plumbing related issues
  • Preparation of BOQs and coordination with procurement for purchase orders
