Job description

• Legal Research and Documentation: Conduct thorough legal research on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate, environmental, and contract law. Draft, review, and maintain legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal notices.

• Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards. Advise the management on legal risks and compliance requirements in business operations.

• Contract Management: Review and manage all company contracts, ensuring that terms are in the best interest of the organization. Liaise with external legal advisors and stakeholders as needed for contract-related matters.

• Litigation Management: Assist in the management of ongoing litigation, including coordination with external lawyers, preparing case documents, and tracking case progress.

• Legal Advice: Provide clear, concise, and proactive legal advice to internal teams, including operations, finance, and HR, on various legal issues related to day-to-day business operations.

• Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving internal and external legal disputes in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Intellectual Property Management: Help protect the company's intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, and ensure proper filing and registration.

• Contract Disputes: Help in resolving contract disputes or disagreements by analyzing and interpreting legal provisions and ensuring all interests are met.
