Roles and Responsibilities: - Ability to drive “sales targets” of multiple loan products – PL, BL, HL, LAP etc. Driving business through aggregators like CA‘s, Freelancers, connectors, agents, DSA etc. Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process. Be responsible for Team recruitment & managing the same. Proper coordination with HO for fulfilment of various leads provided from time to time.
