Job description Position Summary:

The accountant will be responsible for recording daily transactions, reconciling accounts, managing invoicing processes, and assisting both internal and external stakeholders with accounting-related queries. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

 Recordingdailytransactionssuchassales,purchase,incomingpaymentsinaccountingsystem

 Reconciliation of accounts and inventory

 Sharing of invoices and ledgers to external stake holders and follow up on payments

 Assist the internal stake holders in solving any accounting related query

 Review and finalization of all accounts.

Qualifications:

 Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

 Hands-onexperiencewithaccountingsoftware(Tally.ERP9/Primepreferable)

 Experience with general ledger functions

 Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
