Job Description:


Responsibilities:   Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Managing the recruitment and selection process. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management. Administer Employee onboarding and orientation. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave. Responsible for attending to disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Develop and maintain talent management processes. Maintain employee personnel records. Assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations. Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary. Performance evaluation with KRA/KPI Good to have skills: Proven working experience as an HR Manager. People-oriented and results-driven. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
