Job description


Key Responsibilities: 
1.Strategic Planning and Growth: 
oDevelop and execute a comprehensive strategy for setting up and scaling the mutual 
fund distribution business. 
oSet and achieve national targets for revenue, AUM (Assets Under Management), and 
client acquisition. 
2.Team Leadership: 
oRecruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of regional heads, relationship 
managers, and sales professionals. 
oDrive team productivity and foster a collaborative work environment. 
3.Business Development: 
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors and other key stakeholders. 
oExpand the partner network to enhance market penetration and reach. 
4.Client Management: 
oEnsure a superior client experience by developing robust service standards. 
oDrive initiatives to onboard and retain HNI and retail clients. 
5.Marketing and Brand Building: 
oCollaborate with the marketing team to promote mutual fund offerings and enhance 
brand visibility. 
oConduct webinars, seminars, and campaigns to increase client awareness. 
6.Performance Monitoring: 
oTrack and analyze performance metrics, providing regular updates to the leadership 
team. 
oIdentify areas for improvement and implement corrective
