Customer Visits & Relationship Development:
Plan regular visits to both new and existing clients for volume growth, margin enhancement, and resolving their concerns. Foster long-term relationships to secure customer retention and loyalty.
Account Management:
Take full responsibility for securing new customers, managing, and expanding existing accounts. Focus on building relationships with all levels of the client organization and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Cold Calling & Deep Selling:
Perform cold calls to identify potential customers. Engage in deep selling to expand existing accounts and generate new business opportunities.
Sales Pipeline & Target Achievement:
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, track lead status, and meet sales targets. Focus on driving results and increasing revenue across all accounts.
Customer-Centric Approach:
Gain a clear understanding of each customer's business, requirements, and pain points. Develop and execute strategies tailored to their needs, ensuring a customer-first approach at all times.
Market Insights & Business Development:
Gather market intelligence and participate in weekly/monthly sales meetings to contribute to business development strategies.
Negotiation & Pricing:
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring alignment with company price guidelines, while maximizing profitability.
Customer Implementation:
Collect relevant customer information for RFQ (Request for Quotation) and prepare documentation to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Ensure proper operational handover, creation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and timely implementation.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth customer experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
Follow-up & Payment Collection:
Follow up on outstanding payments in collaboration with the finance department, ensuring prompt and effective credit management.
Lead Generation & Client Retention:
Identify and generate new business leads. Proactively approach 'lost' or 'sleeping' accounts to uncover potential opportunities.
Team Support:
Assist teammates in understanding customer requirements for smooth project execution. Provide support on team tasks and operations as needed.
Sales & Marketing Materials:
Prepare compelling presentations, sales collateral, and marketing materials to support client engagement and communication.
Compliance & Business Practice:
Represent Abreco Freight’s philosophy, quality management systems, and high standards of business practices in all interactions.
Route Development Support:
Assist the Route Development Manager with arrangements for internal and external visitor meetings as needed.
Target Client Identification:
Identify new target clients within the assigned sales territory and product categories, ensuring alignment with the sales budget.
