Job description
Meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Responsible for achieving individual and
branch sales targets. Manage a team of 6+ people consisting of sales, projects ad design. Provide support to the sales team in procuring orders, follow up and collections. Monitor theirdaily working. Monitor the daily working of the design & projects team members. Ensure timely design supportto the sales team / clients and installation. Participate in daily/ weekly / monthly reviews with the vertical head to review business progressand KPIs. Generate enquiries and maintain a robust sales pipeline on the CRM software. Monitor andensure CRM compliance from your sales team. Daily visits to clients, architects, and Project Management Consultants (PMC) as per companynorms. When required, do joint visits with sales team members, especially for large enquiries. Making product presentations to clients. Understanding the products, drawings & technicalSpecifications required. Participate in mock ups. Providing timely quotations, catalogues, and samples to the concerned clients. Participate in price negotiations, get the order (PO) and advance. Coordinating with the supplychain team for timely deliveries. Responsible for timely collections as per company payment terms for all projects executed bythe branch.Constantly report on progress of projects to Clients.
