Position : Customer Sales Executive (Lubricants & Parts Heavy Equipment)
Skills : Ms- Excel, Mail Drafting, Ready to travel in Indore & near by district
As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling lubricants and spare parts for heavy equipment. Your primary goal is to generate sales, provide excellent customer service, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Generate leads and acquire new customers in the heavy equipment sector.
Recommend and sell lubricants, spare parts, and related products based on customer needs.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to close deals.
Process orders, invoices, and ensure timely product delivery.
Provide technical support and product guidance to customers.
Manage customer accounts and maintain relationships for repeat business.
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for inventory management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for management.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in sales, customer service, or technical support in the lubricants or heavy equipment industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and MS Office applications.
