Job Description
• Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, referrals, and cold calling.
* Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and increase sales opportunities.
* Present Products/Services: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products/services to customers.
* Handle Objections: Address and overcome objections to close sales and meet sales targets.
* Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
* Maintain Accurate Records: Accurately record and maintain customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information in our CRM system.
• Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
* 2+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
• Results-Driven: A strong work ethic and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a positive attitude.
