Job description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers (B2B/B2C) to promote and sell products/services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing queries and resolving concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up on leads and referrals from marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Prepare and deliver sales scripts, presentations, and offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
